Overview

The company will be primarily engaged in the sourcing and distribution of Information Technology and other Technologically advanced product including Smart medical devices and solutions in the GCC and Central Asian Countries. The founder of the company has extensive knowledge of trading of these products in the South European countries. The sourcing of products will happen through authorized distributors in the Middle East as well as international traders from Hong Kong and Singapore.

The company will distribute finished products like servers, networking equipment, IT components, printers, accessories, smart phones, tablets, smart medical devices and other products and will be also engaging in the distribution of innovative Smart devices. Should the demand arise, the company might also engage into trading and distribution of large System solutions like Data Centre racks and other unique project equipment.

Details: Key Account Manager is a significant and influential role within the organization and being the main interface to VAD key customers, responsible for delivering the commitment made to the customers and strong business development in UAE

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Successful work experience in sales position 3+ years (KAM, BDM, Product Manager)
  • Proven knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
  • Proficiency in English (will be an advantage)
  • Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making

Functions

  • Providing entry and exit point functionality for partners in UAE on all issues related to the maintenance and development of profitable business, solving emerging difficulties and issues
  • Establishing and maintaining trust long-term business relationships with representatives of local partners
  • Sales planning by key accounts, brands, categories, SKUs
  • Daily communication and regular negotiations with partners, orders processing, new products listing, promo actions agreements and implementation
  • Creation of a commercial offer and protection of the proposed solution from the client/partner;
  • CRM / PSI reporting
  • Other tasks initiated by top management related to the KAM role.
